Resep Rainbow Cake

Bahan Rainbow Cake

• 375 gram tepung terigu

• 5 butir telur, ambil putihnya saja

• 4 sdt baking powder

• 1/2 sdt garam

• 250 gram mentega tanpa garam

• 450 gram gula pasir

• 2 sdt vanila bubuk

• 350 ml susu cair

• Mentega untuk mengoles loyang

• Pewarna merah, jingga, kuning, hijau, biru dan ungu secukupnya

• Buttercream lemon untuk Rainbow Cake.

Cara Membuat Rainbow Cake

1. Panaskan oven sampai 175 derajat celsius.

1. Siapkan loyang ukuran diameter 23 cm, oles dengan mentega. Anda bisa memakai 6 loyang langsung atau satu persatu menggunakannya untuk memanggang 6 lapis warna yang berbeda.

1. Ayak tepung terigu, baking powder dan garam, sisihkan.

1. Mixer mentega dan gula, tambahkan putik telur dan kocok hingga tercampur rata dan mengembang.

1. Tambahkan vanili bubuk, kemudian masukkan tepung hingga tercampur rata. Terakhir tambahkan susu.

1. Bagi adonan menjadi enam bagian, beri masing-masing pewarna merah, jingga, kuning, hijau, biru dan ungu secukupnya.

1. Masukkan adonan ke dalam loyang, panggang selama 15 menit,

1. Setelah matang, keluarkan kue dan dinginkan di atas rak kue selama 10 menit. Jika bagian atas kue menggembung, potong dengan pisau kue bergerigi agar permukaannya rata.

1. Beri alas kue pada meja atau meja putar khusus kue yang akan Anda pakai untuk menumpuk Rainbow Cake.
